You will be set up with your own Back Office, accessible to your staff through any web browser on a unique URL. 

Through the Back Office you can:

• Set up users with security privileges.
• Create Film records with synopses and other information.
• Create Deals with distributors (i.e. contracts to show films) with details of the terms.
• Create Shows (i.e. scheduling films or events to play in an auditorium).
• Monitor film formats (e.g. 35mm, digital, 3D) to ensure the films are compatible with the projection facilities available.
• Set up ticket pricing.
• Set up tills with products for sale.
• Set up Customer loyalty schemes (i.e. memberships).
• Set up Swipe Card Gift Vouchers.
• Create “logon messages” to notify staff of important information.
• View details of every transaction.
• View results for shows and deals.
• View daily cashing up information and daily totals.
